• Obtain enough startup capital to purchase a stressed property, pay laborers, materials, and other miscellaneous expenses.
• Assess property in its economic environment.
• Rehabilitate property to living conditions in accordance with its environmental variation.
• Enter Property into the proper environment.
• Utilize the equity in the property to buy more and repeat.
• Continue Using equity of the houses until the income from the houses is great enough to purchase houses without using the equity of the donor house.
• Pay off all the equity loans. Also, have options to refinance loans for lower interest rates depending on the economic environment of the day.
• At this point larger projects can be developed and dividends can start to be paid to investors.
